Connection Error

I got my friend to install the launcher, and she did, and it was all fine. She couldn't get onto the WR server because she has 2.4, but then when she tried to log back into the blizzard server it says 'unable to connect'.

Her realmlist.wtf is perfectly fine, blizzard standard, and the login is right. Her cache appears to be empty, and we just can't figure it out.

Anyone have any ideas?

Doublecheck the realmlist.

For 2.4.1 US customers it is:

set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com

You might try pinging the blizz server manually as well, WOW uses special ports however. See their website for information on connecting to their realms.

As I said, the realmlist was fine, but it doesn't matter because it's all fine today anyway :S
