Does any1 know if the SpellFire Set Bonus works ? Or have i made it for nothing ?

im still in the process of making mine, if you have the set, do some random mob damage and check your dps, then take it off and replace it with what you previously wore, or just go naked and see what the increase or decrease is.  thats the only way I can think of making sure it works or not.
