2 problems: how to buy items in Aldor risse, and badges ?

ok...so....i am a noob, but not young one

i saw that there are some items in Aldor risse that cannot be bought in gold !....they have some icons next to them....anyone ?!?

And what are badges for ...something with sockets or enchanting ?!?!?

You are probably referring to the Tier sets. These items require you to raid and aquire tokens from certain bosses, (Tier 4 gloves Curator, Tier 4 helmet Prince Malchezaar, who are both in Karazhan, the first raid instance you will probably encounter).

And by "Badges" I'm thinking you mean badges of justice, which is also used to buy epic equipment, sold by G'eras in Shattrath city, in the middle next to  A'dal.
