I am new to wowrage, and am wondering if the "A Letter from Wowrage.nl" is used for anything. I am unable to read it, and am 'afraid' to delete due to the "this item starts a quest" i am wonder what to do

It is safe to delete it. Blizz changed some things making life hard for fun servers running 2.4.2
