To be honest i dont think making someone GM because hes online very much or something like that makes sence. A GM needs to be a person who has much experience in playing the game. And in how to fix bugs how to create new things etc. more the programming side then the oh look make me gm im online often. If you dont have any experience in playing the game and just want to get to 70 fast thats basically wrong. If i ask you something about some bosses in Karazhan Gruuls etc do you know any tactics? If i ask you something about a quest in outlands do you know all the answers? Do you know where gms can test things? if you dont know 1 of these things then GM is nothing for you.

A server needs GM's with lots of experience thats all im saying
