Hello- the "official" WoW Client here is enUS, since it is the original one and most widely circulated, maintained, and developed version. Also, our common language in "public" channels on WoWRage is English, but we have players from countries all around the world.

I have not personally tested the esES client (or any other localized version) here, and presently have no plans to either, so, please accept my apologies- that I cannot answer your question more directly today.

well, I installed WOW esES + WOW BC esES + all the patches esES, and I dont have any problem playing

I only noticed that quest information is in english, but it works!
