i cannot connect to the server

It probobly has been about 2 hours since I was disconected during a raid in ZA and i was unable to claim my prizes. So I was trying to log back in and this happened... it is hard to explain, so I screenshoted it. I dont know if this was aredy posted or not, but whats hurting it if I post it.

As you can see, i cannot select the list of my three characters (Kpyrofreak , Pyrofreak, and, Pyro)
And I looked on the website to see who is playing, and sure enough, people were online playnig. So I know that it may be my side of the connection that is having probloms. So I go on my brothers computer, and the same thing happens.

I would really like to know why I cannot connect while others can. ( I have read that the serer has been worked on by Triggs and that the disconnecting was fixed)

What message does it give you when logging in? This all looks fairly normal

I was in the ZA run too on Honey. I haven't been able to connect for a while, also.

Though when I refresh the stats page it says I'm online, along with every player that was in ZA. I had my boyfriend try to long on my character and he can't even kick me off. Not sure what's going on, going to write a ticket =/

On my end it tries to connect to the realm, I click okay and it just spams the realm list and doesn't connect. It does the same for my boyfriend when he tries to log on-so I think it's my character.

When  you are at the screen when you should be able to select your characters, the realms list pops up. I click "ok" and all what it does is refresh it back to the very same thing.. and this is an on going process.

It says that everyone in the ZA run are still online when I doubt the others are on. Since two in that ZA run are having the same problem. Also, it crashed for everyone who was in the ZA run, but everyone outside of that run didn't crash. (assuming since I was talking to others and they said nothing happened to them)

I was able to log into another account perfectly fine.

well i am going to make a little clip for you ash to show you step by step on what is happening.

and by the way, if i dont have my one item that i got before it crashed.. will i be able to get it back from a gm? or will i have to re do ZA?

Ya i cant get in too, same thing as pyro ( im draezer), also visage and dreadfallen cant too. :S. Is it only our group?

I believe it is only the group that was ZA and only our accounts alone. Since I can log into other accounts, just not that one =/ It says we're all online and in ZA still.

well you are right. my brother succesfuly logged on.. so please we need this problom fixed... as i only have 1 WoWrage account.

This is Visage, i believe that I know what the GM needs to do, if it says were still in ZA, online, then a GM needs to summon us out and kick us from the server. That should help because it seems that our characters inside ZA are online, so we cant double log into the same character?

hey instead of spaming if u want to keep in touch go to
www.xfire.com and installl it, and add kpyrofreak... you are able to talk, send messages, and it is pretty much a gammer tag for pc gammers... it records your hours of gameplay and you can make videos and take screenshots.. even add people to a freinds list.

im sure that the admins can fix it, but if u got other games, i might have them xD
