Man, you dont need to understand what is going on with server updates, only if that version update. The only you can do is to ask for something you want to improove in game. Thats is not one man work, i belive.

Just to be clear for everyone also having this question:

When a new topic is added to the subforum News & announcements containing something like: Server update to blahblah. You will have to clear your cache folder everytime the server updates. If you don't the game will function but you won't benefit the new features and changes that are listed in the topic about the update.
