No answer why this pvp gear is available only to Horde on this server? Doesn't seems very fair if you ask me..

Make a bug report and wait. more then likely it's a Database issue and will have to wait for a core update.

It is hardly "pretty strange" it is a fact that we have some problems in our database, this is one of them. It has been reported, and if I could do anything about it would have been fixed at 2.4.2's release.  Instead, we put in as much as we could, even items with wrong extended cost fields (thus PvP gear which costs Badges of Justice, or SPLAT tokens) because then at least they weren't FREE -- which I might add, we caught dozens of items that were missing extended costs. Had it been the other way around, you would not have a complaint.

Read the forum posting rules, and kindly post more responsibly in the future.
