my account was deleted, why??

hi, i made this account because my other account was deleted, account id = chue85
when i try to login in the game it says that im banned from the server
and when i try to login in the webpage it says "an error has ocurred" with some votesites links

I dont know why you deleted my account, plz i really need help, can you explain me what did i do?

Well if your account is banned then it means only a few things.

1. You were caught hacking and never welcome back.
2. You were caught Abusing a bug. Repeat use of a bug is just the same as hacking so then your not welcome back.


If you do not fall under these 2 reasons then you will have to wait for a gm.  Just don't try and scam the gm's they have a record of what the account was banned for and do not give second chances for people who can't follow a few simple rules. Bug abusers and hacker are not welcome here and never will be.

We do not delete accounts, please PM me your character names and i will look into it.

If your characters are not involved in anything suspicious, then your account is likely simply frozen as the result of a mass IP ban; someone else was was banned who may have had access to your account, the IPs matched, so it was banned automatically.
