Mailbox error

When I access my mailbox a specific character WoW freezes and I must use ALT+F4 to exit the game.  The box does have alot of stuff in it, but didnt think that would matter.  All other characters access their mailbox just fine and have just as many items or more in their mailbox.

I submitted a ticket earlier but wasnt sure if I should ticket this and stay online or offline so i posted this in hopes of a response.

I have seen this before, it effected 2 of my own characters and is highly annoying. All I can suggest is to be patient while I look into it.
