I pretty much am showing my n00bness but how does one go about creating a guild now that they work...

Players can find Guild Registrars in every starting Capital, right next to the Guild Tabard Vendors, they have instructions for Purchasing a Charter (10 silver or so) then Registering the Guild (whoever turns in the charter become the Guild Master) for 5 or 10 gold.

Designing your Guild's Tabard is easy, but all decisions are final, once you click purchase and spend the 10 gold.
