Account doesn't seem to update to servers

Hi I've just registered on this site, in the hopes of getting some WoW fun.

According to the little blurb at the top right of the site

Total time logged in: 35 minutes.
Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.

I have been logged in for 35mins as you can see, yet it still won't let me look @ the player tools link, says that the account wasn't found.

Could someone please assist. Thanks
