WTF is this crappy server still runing i thought it was shut down years ago i mean they have so many glitches and if by accedent u step in 1 u get banned. there are so many other beter free servers like wowscape. there is atleast alot more players online so u can raid. if u dont want to share with 8000 ppl theres wowunleashed. Hmmm 8 ppl online atm... dont try to reply im not comeing back here.

Still running. Hell ya! Because we aren't a look a like server as Blizzard, and we sure don't use VOTE Systems!

Wait what, people still play here? That's interesting. Does TRiGGS still pay the server hosting, or what's happening with all that?

That aside, 3.x killed private servers, it's going to be months still before there's a decent emulation, and then half a year before you see most of it resembling functional. Still, good to see people still enjoying the server here, even if it is hopping around on its knees.

It's very possible that Wrath will actually be the end of private servers, unless something spectacular comes along, (or someone steals some of Blizzards software and servers), which is clear, given the number of servers that crumbled when half their playerbase started playing Retail proper.

Emulating 3.x is very difficult purely because of all the triggers, intense number of scripts, phasing, etc. And of course, unless people buy the retail box version, they can't even play past 2.4.x.

All that aside, enjoy playing here whilst you can, if you can!

Dalavan is right. Private servers are going down.
Even if you will reach the point of upgrading to wotlk... it will be with a wipe, because it uses a different DB.
I am sorry to say that, but I sick and tired of moving from one server to another. I am done with wow.

I am going to another mmorpg.
This one has the best of all mmorpgs. It has classes like wow, dungeons, etc. You can even have PvP events against other servers! Now that's something I would like to check out.
It has a dual class system. That means warrior+priest or rogue+mage in the same char. One is primary and the other secondary, but you can change that anytime. Graphic is comparable with wow's.
Oh, and is the best free mmorpg of 2008, is in open beta now and in march 09 will be gold. The ones playing in this beta will not get wiped (the ones in closed beta did).
The best of all is that is FREE!!!
The client has 3.4Gb. I am downloading as I type... 2 more hours to go.

Don't get me wrong, I want wowrage to be back... but be real... it's dead. And if you bring it back, you will not have players. If you will have players and be popular... blizz will shut you down so...

I am on EN Smacht 1 PvP server and as a primary class I am scout. That's the ranged dps class.

Yes Naioro,Soulslash ordered a server s that we could play on it because wowrage isnt his server and he couldnt control it,so he decided of ordering one  ,he and c1mp are gonna be testing it soon and then we can play on it,until then I will play on alpha and when its done I will play on both
