[INFO] Server update Core 2922 (grooploot + mail + target mobs + more!)

Some decent fixes! but unfortunately all guilds have been removed, it was inevitable.

Core:
- Fixed the group looting!
- fixed the infamous "death bug". you will be able to revive after relogging
- paladin - Light's Grace. NTY.
- paladin - Sanctified Light. NTY
- paladin - Aura Mastery. NTY
- warrior - devastate should work as in 2.3.0 description. "for each sunder armor .. ". NTY
- paladin - Healing Light. NTY.
- druid - Empowered Rejuvenation. NTY
- druid - Empowered Touch. NTY
- druid - Gift of Nature. NTY
- re enabled SPELL_AURA_MOD_DAMAGE_PERCENT_DONE school selection. This might nerf some badly working spells that gave extra dmg when should have not.
- druid - Naturalist. ! Now increases all school damage not only magical
- druid - Shredding Attacks. NTY
- Druid - Feral Aggression should affect Ferocious Bite too now. NTY
- Druid - Ferocity should affect maul too.
- druid - Wrath of cenarius. NTY
- totems can no longer be feared
- some sanity checks in master looter code
- you can now send and receive mail with multiple items

Database:
- Lot's of mobs fixed who couldn't be the target
- Fully redone all gameobject spawns in Blade's Edge Mountains, Hellfire Peninsula, Netherstorm and Zangarmarsh
- Dagger of Death deleted
- Not needed drop (wowhead bug)
- Un-needed spawns of Infected Mossflayer
- Redone creatures equipments in Blade's Edge Mountains, Hellfire Peninsula, Netherstorm and Zangarmarsh.
- Detect Magic removed. All players may now see their target's beneficial effects at all times.
- Activating M4ksiu's Dark Portal Event
