patch 2.3.0 problem

i goto download patch 2.3.0 (i just realised i was using 2.0.0)
and it says:

  <PatchMissingDataenGB> If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (SetLanguage)

i try running as administrator and it still says that...

can anyone help....

You are using the enGB client, it is possible to connect to wowrage using the enGB, i we recommend using the enUS version instead.
To install the 2.3.0 patch you should download the enGB version.
