And another pre-weekend upgrade!

Core
- collision system added!
- i'm tired of being nice, lets disconnect the little shits that exploit/dupe instead of just disallowing them from hacking
- hacked wdbs for levels will no longer work
- patched logout exploit
- fixed dupe trade exploit
- fixed trade soulbound exploit
- fixed another wrapping dupe exploit
- patched resurrect exploit (thankyou, deathsoft forums)
- fixed boat-death exploit
- fixed rage generation upon receiving damage
- Axe specialization aura now increases 2 handed axes as well as 1 handed
- Seduction and other warlock pet skills by farbeyond
- Pet Loyalty and Happiness corrections misc by SB@L
- changed warsong gulch messages to be correct message types
- blizzlike isinfront check
- Life Tap can't kill you anymore
- Buff stolen by Spellsteal now has max 2 mins duration
- another crack at druid leaving the water in aqua form
- fix for the "recently bandaged" and other immunities
- added the Raidemote, it works right with RDX raid addon and Deadly Boss Mods..i get all bars i neednot sure about other bossmods
- as usual, most my commits come from Dealer and 669, so if anything fucks up, u know who to blame Tongue
- this should fix druids not returning to normal shape when they leave the water
- moved emsy's new area trigger message down so its after pareatrigger is defined  so it will compile
- Crushing Blows now only affect physical melee damage
- updated NextLevelXP for 2.3
- Greater Blessing of Light works now
- Added the AreaTrigger SystemMessage for GMs again (hope you wont kill me for it Tongue)
- added AreaTrigger hook for Mapmgr and created the hook there (atm the gate only opens if someone wants to fix it do so <3)
- Divine Shield, Blessing of Protection, Avanger Warth, Ice Block, Power Word: Shield, First Aid cant be used while the debuff is up (hacky if you know another way do it)
- Insigina frees from Fear now
- fixed cold snap
- ice block again triggers hypothermia (still a positive buff tho)
- Restored functionality of magical resistances.
- DoTs can be partially/fully resisted.
- Magical shields absorb DoTs.
- Periodic packet log updated they show resisted/absorbed amounts.
- warriors can now change stance while mounted
- Mobs can do Emotes again (added also the opcode for whisper but didn't wrote the function for it) (i'm still missing Raid monster emote opcode) by Dealer
- fixed "Join as Group" in rated arenas
- only arena points gained from team which grants them the most is now added, instead of adding a sum of all 3 (2v2 3v3 5v5) teams points
- Resilience rating from auras fixed, affecting 34 spells (arena sets bonuses, elixir, socket bonuses, ...)
- Raid groups share kill quest countMaybe this is not blizzlike and will be removed later, but how the hell should a healer score a kill on a boss ? I mean common.
- MapMgr: added option to disable cell idling (for Compboy's Dota-WoW, it's disabled by default)
- MapMgr: implemented MapMgr::LoadAllCells..Wtf? it was defined as an empty function, was it supposed to be a Virtual or something? Or was it just unimplemented -.-
- errr that was lame anyway .learn all will not teach you anything you shouldn't have any more
- Garrote and Rupture now recieve AP bonus.
- Rogue talent: Surprise Attacks.
- Should fix a few bugs with professions and racials which increase their skillThere might be another part of this though:P
- Fixed extra strikesThey should only deal an additional attack, not a duplicate attack.
- Only players can trigger a civilian to call guardsIn addition, the call guard text has been updated to reflect the proper call for post-TBC content.
- Rewritten the rage generation formulasPlease comment on this change in the forums

- fixed reclaim corpse without delay and outside of range exploits
- disable spell combat prevents manual invocation of spells as well as ai on the agent now
