There has been some problems with removing all requirements from the instances.
It turned out that it's impossible to remove the required keys for heroic modes (normal works fine without requirements).

We had to re-add the heroic requirements in order to get them working again, but no worries!

All heroic key are sold by the WoWRage Fix Robot for 10g each!
