I'm making this new topic to filter out all false calls.
Currently these issues should be fixed, if you still having problems connecting read the following before posting:
- If you never been able to connect to our server please read the
Connection Guide again.
- Open the websites
Stats Page to check if the server is online.
Normally we only have downtime during upgrades who (unless noted otherwise) never take any longer than ~10 minutes. If no users show up at the stats page (and or the stats page says that the realm is down) it's most likely because of an upgrade.
- On a "Could not connect to server" error you can simply try again 10 seconds later, these errors are cause by the logonserver being restarted.
This (seperate) server is restarted every 4 hours to prevent other issues. The logonserver restarts within 10 seconds.
- Wait at least
2 minutes before canceling, it's known that under some circumstances some users have to wait a bit longer before they are able to connect to the realm server. This problem is not caused by a server lag!, ones your connected and in game everything will be fine again.
- Avoid using wireless internet.
