I was playing normally, then the game somehow froze. I was able to run around but not to do anything (not even logout). Quitted the game by Alt+F4. Now I'm stuck at "Retrieving character list" everytime.

The only other thread with a similar problem didn't help in my case, since I didn't make a new char, actually there is only one char on that account, Giftz.

i have the same problem too, i was playing today suddenly the game froze, back to windows and gave me an long list of errors, when i tried to login again i stopped at the charachter retrieval screen, i too have only one charachter to play with !!
i cant pass this screen and i want my charachter back!!!
what can i do???
